About the Team:



The Fulfilled by Shopee Seller Management Lead will drive seller adoption, onboarding, and growth for Fulfilled by Shopee, Shopee’s fulfillment solution that enables faster, more reliable delivery through platform-managed warehousing and operations.


This role will own the end-to-end seller management strategy, from building our seller acquisition strategy, scaling shop coverage and designing the incubation program and ensuring strong seller performance post-launch. The role will also manage and develop a team responsible for seller acquisition, onboarding, and account management.



Job Description:



  • Own the seller acquisition and onboarding funnel, from seller interest to first inbound and go-live. Design acquisition strategy, prioritisation and growth plan for one of our fastest growing businesses!

  • Work with Relationship Managers and category teams to improve seller education, pitch quality, and conversion.

  • Partner with Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Product teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve seller experience.

  • Monitor seller performance across key metrics such as ADO, SKU coverage, OOS, inbound compliance, cancellations, late fulfillment, and returns.

  • Identify seller pain points and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve FBS processes, policies, and tools.

  • Prepare regular business updates, performance reviews, and management reports.

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for seller acquisition, onboarding, and account management.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce, business development, account management, operations, logistics, or commercial strategy.

  • Strong commercial judgment and experience managing seller, merchant, brand, or partner relationships.

  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data to diagnose issues, track funnels, and drive decisions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams.

  • People management experience is preferred.

  • Experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or marketplace operations is a strong advantage.
