Are you excited about AI and eager to put your skills into action? Join us for a hands-on internship where you’ll design, develop, and deploy AI Bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply critical thinking, design, and development skills while working on real-world solutions that make an impact.
What you will do:
Design, develop, and deploy AI Bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio. This scope exercises critical thinking, design, and development skills. Expected work includes :
Design & Build: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and map out conversational flows.
Develop: Use Microsoft Copilot Studio to build, configure, and refine chatbot topics, entities, and logic.
Integrate: Leverage Power Automate (Flows) to connect the Bot to backend systems, databases, and APIs (e.g., retrieving user data, creating support tickets, looking up information).
Leverage AI: Implement and fine-tune generative AI capabilities within Copilot Studio, such as generative answers over company data (e.g., SharePoint, internal websites) to handle a wide range of user queries dynamically.
Test & Debug: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the Bot is accurate, responsive, and provides a seamless user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
Analyze & Iterate: Monitor Bot analytics (e.g., resolution rates, escalation rates, popular topics) to identify areas for improvement and continuously enhance the chatbot's performance.
Document: Create and maintain clear documentation for the AI Bots’ design, configuration, and maintenance procedures.
Plan and execute change management activities to drive awareness of AI. This scope exercises communication skills. Examples of possible activities include brown-bag sharing sessions and email comms.
Who we are looking for:
Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Computing in Data Science and AI.
Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in Microsoft Power Platform components, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
Understanding of LLM, NLP and MCP.
Good communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Must be able to commit to full-time internship for at least 3 - 6 months starting from Jan 2026.
