What You Will Be Doing
Assist the General Manager with daily tasks, including HR, administrative, and e-commerce responsibilities.
Draft, revise, and implement company documents.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Ensure the smooth and timely flow of information within the company.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Utilize Microsoft Office efficiently for reporting and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong execution skills and ability to take initiative.
Positive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
