Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for overall business performance, including revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency across all markets.
• Oversee retail operations, ensuring strong store execution, customer experience, and productivity.
• Drive organisational effectiveness, including team structure, talent development, and succession planning.
· Develop and execute overall business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
· Oversee retail, e-commerce and wholesale performance across Singapore and Malaysia.
· Set business targets, monitor KPIs, and drive overall performance improvements.
· Collaborate with the Head Of Brand to plan product assortment, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
· Work closely with the Head Of Marketing to ensure commercial activities align with business strategy.
· Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve overall business goals.
· Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability management.
· Monitor overall financial performance, margins, and operational efficiency.
· Promote a high-performance, results-driven culture across the commercial functions.
Requirements:
· 10+ years in leadership roles with general management experience.
· Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and sales strategy.
· Experience managing teams across multiple markets (Singapore and Malaysia preferred).
· Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
· Strategic, commercially minded, and results-driven with strong business acumen.
