From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.
Responsibilities - Design and implement the agency acquisition workflow, including data scrubbing, leads outreach, account and campaign setup, etc. - Integrate internal resources to ensure campaigns achieve optimal results during the cold-start phase.
- Define key metrics to track operational actions and measure key business outcomes. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data, and Operations teams to drive end-to-end execution and resolve bottlenecks in agency workflows.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Platform Operations, or Business Operations within the advertising, technology, or agency ecosystem.
- Strong execution-oriented mindset, paired with a strategic perspective on end-to-end business operations.
- Ability to structure ambiguous, complex problems and drive consistent follow-through on resolutions.
- High resilience under pressure and adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
