POSITION SUMMARY:
The Global Brand Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Global Marketing. The role is responsible for ensuring AE’s brand look and voice are consistently executed across all regions and channels including advertising, digital, email, events, presentation and more. This role partners closely with sales, digital, and global marketing teams to ensure brand best practices are adhered to. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on—comfortable owning initiatives end‑to‑end while collaborating across functions and regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Visual identity Management
- Manage AE’s brand across the organization: moving the brand to a singular look and feel.
- Manage the trademark and registration of all product logos – working with AE’s Product and Legal teams.
- Work with the event team to ideate the design of all tradeshow booths to ensure the look and colors follow brand standards.
- Work cross-functionally on employer branding and messaging including website updates.
- Be the subject matter expert on emerging branding trends and competitive brand intelligence.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure compliance, quality, and brand consistency.
Visual Identity Update
- Manage the evolution of AE’s brand by directing the agency’s work and budget.
- Create and manage a roadmap to update all materials including sales collateral, internal collateral (posters, wall art), brand guide, PPT, and more.
- Continuously improve and build-out the icon and image libraries.
Brand Voice
- Ensure messaging frameworks, value propositions, and positioning are consistent with AE’s brand voice.
Video Management
- Review and approve all product videos for clear messaging and branding.
- Work with Global Marketing to create all NPI videos.
- Manage the stakeholder approval process.
- Maintain and update corporate video as needed.
- Annually review and consider updates on video templates.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product management, HR and regional teams to align branding efforts.
- Collaborate with global marketing team and external agencies for ideation and execution.
Regional Assistance
- Coordinate with regional teams to support customer engagements, trade events (CMEF, CIIF), and brand-building activities.
- Assist with social media and search engines in APAC.
- Be a point-of-contact for administrative needs in the Singapore office.
Measurement & Optimization
- Define KPIs and track campaign performance.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLSETS:
- 7+ years working on a marketing team and managing various marketing projects.
- Strong communications skills, both oral and written, and be able to do participate and/or lead meetings.
- Proven experience supporting or leading regional or multi-country responsibilities
- Deep understanding of marketing brand best practices and strategies
- Strong office skills, illustrator experience preferred
- Mastery of spelling and grammer
- Experience in B2B, technology, industrial or complex product environments
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field required.
