Global Content Marketing Specialist

About the Role

You’ll help shape what we publish on international social platforms — planning, writing, localising, and measuring content that connects with players across cultures.

The role centres on our key gaming markets with support from design, video, product, and operations teammates.

What You’ll Do

1. Plan and run our overseas content marketing — setting themes, mapping release schedules, and maintaining the content calendar.

2. Help shape platform-specific plans for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Reddit, and similar channels.

3. Write and polish English social posts, short-form video scripts, and creative briefs for creators, including content localisation.

4. Support liaison with overseas creators, KOLs, and KOCs; follow up on co-created content output and how it performs after launch.

5. Monitor content performance, tidy up the data and feedback, and turn it into reviews with concrete improvement ideas.

6. Stay across overseas content trends,overseas content trends, competitor moves, users discussions, and suggest where we go next.

What We’re Looking For

1. Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

2. Around 2–5 years of relevant experience, although graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome.

3. Good English communication and coordination skills to work smoothly with both internal teams and external creators, and working Chinese required for cross-team collaboration.

4. Familiarity with international content platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Reddit.

5. Ability to derive content topics from product value propositions, user needs, and trending conversations.

6. Sensitivity to cultural differences, content styles, and user expression across markets.

7. Interest in games, mobile apps, online entertainment, and youth culture.

What Would Give You an Edge

1. Content creation experience tied to gaming, apps, ACG, online entertainment, or youth-facing brands.

2. Hands-on work with content calendars, performance reviews, or competitor content analysis.

3. Experience with writing English short-form video scripts, social copy, and creator briefs.

4. Worked with overseas KOL/KOC or creators.

5. Markets: North America & Europe, Southeast Asia, Japan & Korea, the Middle East, or Latin America.
