Responsibilities:
- Lead product development and customer experience design from awareness to long‑term retention.
- Conduct market, competitor, and internal analysis to identify issues and develop strategies.
- Build hypotheses through user interviews and Voice of Customer (VoC) insights.
- Design UX across the entire customer journey.
- Define requirements and prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new features and enhancements.
- Manage cross‑functional projects, including collaboration with engineering teams.
- Plan and execute digital advertising strategies.
- Manage and direct digital advertising agencies or external partners.
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., Retention Rate, CAC, ARPPU, NPS) and optimise performance using data analysis.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience working in overseas markets, including Southeast Asia or China.
- Strong interest in the food‑related business domain.
- Ability to understand customer lifestyle and behaviour in Singapore.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with both local and overseas teams.
- Ability to derive deep customer insights and translate them into actionable initiatives.
- Comfortable overseeing both product and marketing scopes.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to operate in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to take broad ownership across responsibilities.
- Eagerness to learn and build new frameworks for undefined or complex challenges.
