Responsibilities
Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity.
It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries. - Strategy Development & Planning,Develop global media strategies aligned with business priorities such as brand building, user acquisition, and monetization. - Media Mix Management & Execution,Manage a diverse range of media channels, including traditional media, digital media, social media, streaming platforms, live platforms, and influencer/KOL partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Content, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure media initiatives are integrated with content strategies, product plans, and campaign objectives. - Data Analysis & Optimization,Leverage internal and external media data, as well as third-party market/media research, to understand user behavior and media trends,Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, retention, watch time, and monetization impact.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Media, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in media strategy, media planning, media buying, or cross-regional media operations.
- Experience working in global or multi-regional markets (especially North America, Europe, Middle East, Japan/Korea, Southeast Asia).
B2B market media experience preferred.
- Strong familiarity with multiple media formats: traditional (TV, radio), digital (social media, streaming), live platforms, influencer/KOL marketing, etc.
- Advanced analytical skills and quantitative mindset; proficient in analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI tools, media research tools).
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple media projects/markets simultaneously.
- Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and highly attuned to global media trends.
- Strong teamwork and cross-cultural collaboration abilities,Fluent English proficiency (written & spoken).
