Description

(I) Global Key Account Business Cooperation & Coordination

1. Responsible for end-to-end coordination of business cooperation with key global clients, including business negotiations, supplier introduction, qualification review, and implementation of cooperation plans, to establish a stable global cooperation system.

2. Lead the entire contract process, including negotiation, drafting, review, signing, and filing of contracts, ensuring compliance and protecting the rights and interests of both parties, and handling various commercial issues during contract execution.

3. Manage payment coordination, collaborate with key clients and the finance department to confirm payment methods, reconcile accounts, follow up on payments, and manage invoices, ensuring smooth capital flow.

4. Coordinate delivery processes, liaise with internal production, logistics, and warehousing teams, confirm delivery standards, timelines, and logistics plans with clients to ensure on-time and quality order fulfillment.

 

(II) Full-Cycle Key Account Service

1. Provide professional customer service to key global clients, including payment issue communication, shipment tracking, logistics status updates, and after-sales support, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Establish a key account service ledger, conduct regular client follow-ups, collect requirements and feedback, and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues promptly, maintaining long-term stable partnerships.

3. Handle customer complaints and exceptional situations, develop quick solutions to minimize churn risk and ensure business continuity.

 

(III) End-to-End Order Processing

1. Confirm order details with key clients, including product specifications, quantity, delivery requirements, and special requests, ensuring accuracy of order information.

2. Complete order placement in the system, verify order details, and track the entire process from review, production to shipment, providing real-time status updates to clients.

3. Organize order-related data and generate analysis reports to support business decisions and optimize customer service.
