About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead the development of digital visuals across all our online and offline platforms. This role will be responsible for creating visually captivating and brand-consistent designs for both online platforms (e-commerce, social media, digital ads) and offline materials (packaging, brochures, in-store displays). This role requires creativity, an understanding of beauty industry aesthetics, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
Key Responsibilites
- Create engaging visuals for product launches, campaigns, and brand promotions across digital and print media.
- Develop design assets for websites, social media platforms and e-commerce listings.
- Design packaging, labels, POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials), catalogues, brochures, and other offline marketing collaterals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels for multiple beauty brands in our portfolio.
- Liaise with printers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure high-quality production of offline materials.
Requirements
· Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.
· Experience in designing for both digital and print media.
· Strong portfolio showcasing beauty, fashion, or lifestyle-related design work.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
