About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing design. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create high-converting visuals across web, social media, and campaign platforms.
This role combines visual creativity with commercial awareness — designing not just for beauty, but for performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging visuals for e-commerce sites — product banners, landing pages, thumbnails, and campaign graphics.
- Create marketing collaterals for online/offline campaigns (posters, display ads, email banners, packaging).
- Support TikTok Live visuals — such as on-screen banners, pop-up graphics, and promotional layouts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign visuals that drive sales and align with brand direction.
- Work with videographers to supply visual assets for ad creatives, thumbnails, or motion elements.
- Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone.
- Research design trends, seasonal layouts, and e-commerce UX best practices to keep visuals competitive.
Requirements
- Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video tools (Premiere Pro/After Effects a plus).
- At least 2 years of design experience, preferably in an e-commerce or marketing environment.
- Strong eye for composition, typography, and commercial layout.
- Understanding of e-commerce conversion design principles (CTA hierarchy, visual storytelling, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing campaign needs.
Bonus Points
- Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
- Familiar with TikTok or Shopee Live creative formats.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX or web layout design.
