Job Description
Job Scope:
1. Visual Design Support
Assist in designing promotional materials including posters, flyers, social media graphics, and digital ads.
Create engaging layouts for in-store signage, product price tags, and packaging stickers.
Support the visual merchandising team with graphic elements for balloon displays and thematic set-ups.
2. Social Media Content Creation
Design eye-catching content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. — including templates, stories, and reels covers.
Develop visual assets for campaigns such as product launches, promotions, and festive seasons.
3. Branding & Collaterals
Help maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
Participate in refining brand elements like logo usage, color palette, and typography across different platforms.
4. Custom Balloon Artwork
Support the team in conceptualizing and designing custom artwork or prints for balloon printing (e.g. birthday messages, corporate logos, event themes).
5. Photo Editing & Mockups
Retouch photos for product listings and marketing use.
Create mockups for client proposals or custom order previews.
6. Creative Brainstorming
Collaborate with the team to pitch ideas for store campaigns, seasonal themes, and visual storytelling.
Keep up with design trends in the party and gifting industry to inspire fresh concepts.
