Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented Graphics & Multimedia Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop visually compelling, on-brand creatives that engage consumers across digital and print touchpoints. From concept to execution, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic & Digital Design
Create visually engaging assets for sales and marketing use, including e-commerce artwork, social media content, e-flyers, digital ads, and campaign visuals
Design and adapt layouts for both digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency
Support campaign execution by resizing, adapting, and optimising assets for various platforms and formats
Asset & Content Management
Organise, maintain, and manage design assets such as images, videos, and other multimedia files
Ensure design files are properly archived and easily accessible for team use
Campaign & Production Support
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Assist with production needs, timelines, and creative updates as required
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant graphic or multimedia design experience, preferably in FMCG and/or e-commerce
Strong interest in design, branding, art direction, photography, and video production
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of other design tools is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and composition
Good eye for aesthetics with strong attention to detail and brand consistency
Creative thinker with the ability to translate concepts into effective visual designs
Familiar with social media, design, and colour trends
Good communication skills and comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Well-organised, able to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
