Grab's Merchant Acquisition team oversees, shapes, and grows the merchant business in Grab Singapore. We identify and prioritize prospects across key categories, run outreach and pitches, shape commercial proposals, and guide partners to onboard with Grab. We lead prospecting, proposals and negotiations to build a healthy, diverse portfolio that meets demand and elevates customer experience.

This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.

By joining the Merchant Acquisition team, you will acquire and grow Grab's merchant network, bringing even more exciting brands, value, and options to eaters in Singapore!

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will:

• Proactively prospect and pitch to potential merchant leads to onboard them to Grab.


• Own the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring merchant activation and engagement.


• Stay up to date with market trends and competitor movements to help shape strategies that address market shifts and evolving merchant needs.


• Develop a understanding of Grab's suite of products and services to support and promote them to merchants.


• Manage daily merchant inquiries—both commercial and operational—to provide a smooth onboarding experience and seamless post-onboarding support.
