Description
A. Channel Growth & Partnership Development:
* Prospect, identify, and qualify potential channel partners, distributors, and retail affiliates that align with our target market and brand vision.
* Develop and execute a targeted outreach strategy to build a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities.
* Lead negotiations and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
* Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of partners, ensuring high satisfaction and strategic alignment.
B. Program Acceleration & Activation:
* Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to design compelling joint business plans and go-to-market strategies for new partners.
* Project manage the end-to-end launch of new programs within partner channels, ensuring timely and effective execution.
* Equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and marketing collateral to successfully sell and promote our products (in-store POS, digital content, etc.).
* Monitor and analyze program performance against KPIs (e.g., sales revenue, customer acquisition cost, ROI).
C. Analysis & Optimization:**
* Track, report, and analyze channel and program performance using analytics tools.
* Provide daily/weekly performance reports to leadership and partners, with data-driven insights and recommendations.
* Continuously optimize partner programs and strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
On-time, on-budget delivery of growth programs
Sales and customer count growth.
ROI of activated campaigns (incremental revenue generated).
Program-specific targets (e.g., leads generated, units sold during promotion).
Quality on-time market performance and intelligence report.
Qualifications & Experience**
Required:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Not mandatory.
* Proven experience (3-5 years) in a combination of:
* Business development, channel sales, or partnership management.
* Project management and program execution.
* A documented history of meeting or exceeding revenue or growth targets.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
Highly Desirable:
* Experience in fast-moving consumer electronics devices and accessories.
* Existing network of relevant contacts in CE, Photo, Audio and IOT.
* Comfortable with new IT tools, related to productivity.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Channel Growth & Activation Executive to be a key driver of our expansion. You will be the architect behind our partnership ecosystem, responsible for both building the relationships and ensuring the programs within them thrive. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to leadership and significant earning potential.
What You'll Do:
* Identify & Onboard: Prospect, pitch, and secure partnerships with key channel players, retailers, and channel partners.
* Negotiate & Close: Structure and finalize partnership agreements that drive growth for both parties.
* Launch & Activate: Project manage the end-to-end launch of co-branded programs, coordinating with internal marketing and operations teams.
* Manage & Grow: Serve as the main point of contact for partners, developing joint business plans to maximize revenue potential.
* Analyze & Report: Monitor channel performance, provide insightful reports, and use data to optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
What You'll Bring:
* 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partnership roles with a track record of exceeding targets.
* Proven ability to not just sell, but also to manage and grow relationships post-signature.
