What You’ll Do
Growth Strategy & Campaigns
- Plan and execute high-impact campaigns to drive bookings and revenue growth
- Optimize promotional strategies (e.g. early bird, seasonal campaigns) to maximize conversion
- Identify and test new growth opportunities across digital and offline channels
Behavioral Marketing
- Apply consumer psychology principles (e.g. scarcity, social proof, anchoring) to improve conversion rates
- Develop high-performing messaging for ads, landing pages, and social media
- Design and run experiments (A/B testing) to continuously improve performance
Digital Marketing Execution
- Manage and optimize key channels including Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and SEO
- Execute CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, retention, reactivation)
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data and dashboards
Customer Insights & Optimization
- Analyze customer behavior to identify drop-offs and conversion opportunities
- Improve the booking journey to reduce friction and increase conversion rates
- Translate insights into actionable improvements in targeting, positioning, and messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in growth, performance marketing, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and digital marketing principles
- Experience in campaign execution, analytics, and performance optimization
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
