About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Growth & Marketing Executive to support our learner acquisition and engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on digital marketing experience who is comfortable working with data, optimizing campaigns, and contributing to overall growth strategy.
You will play a key role in executing and improving marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid ads, email, and social media
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Support marketing funnel optimization to improve conversion and lead quality
Conduct market and audience research to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer journey and engagement
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics
Support outreach initiatives, events, and digital engagement activities when required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM platforms, or analytics tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
Good written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EdTech, technology, or startup environments
Exposure to A/B testing, campaign optimization, or conversion rate improvement
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
