Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive learner acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising channels.
Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and campaign improvements.
Conduct market and audience research to support new growth initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve customer journey performance.
Support content and communication strategies to attract and nurture prospective learners.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to support strategic planning.
Prepare performance reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
Support outreach initiatives, events, and online engagements when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in marketing, growth marketing, or business development roles.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Familiarity with CRM, digital marketing, or analytics tools is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
