Growth Marketing Lead / Performance Marketing Manager

Role summary:

We are looking for a hands-on growth marketing lead who can manage and scale customer acquisition through paid channels while supporting broader marketing and growth initiatives in a startup environment.

This person should be a strong operator who can run campaigns directly, analyse performance, and help improve the overall marketing funnel.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and optimise Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Analyse campaign performance and scale profitable campaigns.

Monitor CAC, ROAS and marketing performance metrics.

Improve tracking and attribution across Shopify and subscription platforms.

Work with the team on ad creatives and marketing content.

Support broader growth initiatives including funnel optimisation and marketing strategy.

Requirements:

Strong experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Experience working with ecommerce or Shopify businesses.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns and scaling budgets.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have:

Experience with subscription-based businesses.

Experience with conversion tracking and attribution.

Experience working with ecommerce growth funnels.
