Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity.


It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.



  • Lead the team to set-up marketing strategy and initiatives, establish growth marketing capability including insights, brand & creative, media and social.

  • Grow new agencies to join the live business through ads, events, referral and others

  • Shape the communication strategy and optimize the channels to better engage with existing agencies to increase efficiency and their investment level

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to support and drive local integrated marketing and campaign strategy, and lead end to end campaign development and reporting

  • Collaborate closely with other functional teams, locally and globally, to define & deliver our marketing strategy.

Lean in with localized approaches but keep a strong synergy with the global teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications


  • 5 years’ work experience in marketing at tech companies is highly preferred, especially experience from building high level strategies to campaign development and media management

  • Data and Insights driven, ability to synthesise data into strategy and execution.

  • Thorough understanding of the full funnel of industry or creator marketing including Owned, Earned and Paid strategy and execution.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritise and delegate.

  • Ability to perform to a brief, executing to a high standard.

  • Excellent written and presentation skills & negotiation skills, and leadership ability.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Appetite to learn more about and innovate within, the full marketing lifecycle including devising, creating, executing, and tracking consumer paid advertising campaigns to drive key brand metrics

  • A keen interest in brand and business development, including commercial and brand partnerships
