About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive new parent acquisition across both online and offline business lines in Singapore. This role will own organic growth channels online, while also leading the full-funnel offline marketing journey for our learning centre. You will work closely with our Paid Media Specialist, Centre Manager, and cross-functional teams to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Online Business (Organic Growth Owner)
- Act as the channel owner for organic growth: SEO, social media, affiliate partnerships, and growth hacking initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase inbound leads through organic website traffic, social media and more.
- Support SEO and content strategy: Scale search-led acquisition by optimising content performance and testing content ideas with data.
- Build and manage partnerships with affiliates, parenting platforms, and community groups to drive new customer acquisition.
- Work with content, design, and product teams to create engaging organic assets (blogs, reels, carousels, landing pages).
- Quick to identify current trends and leverage on these trends to further enhance leads generation.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media Specialist to ensure synergy between paid and organic funnels.
- (Good-to-have) Familiarity with CRM and lifecycle marketing tools (Braze/Zoho) to support nurture flows and retargeting.
Offline Business (Full Funnel Growth)
- Partner with the Centre Manager to hit growth targets for the offline learning centre.
- Drive parent acquisition campaigns from awareness → visit booking → trial → enrolment.
- Plan and execute offline-to-online activations such as events, workshops, open houses, and referral campaigns.
- Localize and adapt campaigns to the Singapore parent/education landscape, ensuring a consistent and engaging parent experience across touchpoints.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and optimize funnel performance across both online and offline campaigns.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards in GA4, Zoho CRM, GSC, SEMRush, or Superset.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve lead quality, conversion efficiency, and ROI.
