About the Team:
NSS Program Team (Non Shopee) is in charge of driving SPX logistics service adoption beyond Shopee orders targeting social sellers and individual senders. The team designs and executes data-driven programs relating to customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, while managing performance tracking, budget allocation, and cost efficiency to achieve business targets. Combining strategic foresight with hands-on execution, NSS Program Team plays a pivotal role in scaling and commercializing SPX services.
Job Description:
- Support growth initiatives to increase hotline traffic and lead generation through SEO, social seeding, campaign support, and other growth activities.
- Conduct market research, seller/customer insight analysis, and competitor benchmarking within the Logistics/E-commerce industry.
- Track and consolidate performance metrics including hotline traffic, lead quality, conversion rate, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate and follow up cross-functional initiatives between Marketing, Branding, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure execution progress.
- Support and monitor growth initiatives related to hotline traffic, lead generation, and telesales operations to optimize customer reach and conversion performance.
Requirements:
• Understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, Lead generation, growth marketing and customer acquisition funnel
• Strong research, reporting, and data tracking skills
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and basic presentation tools
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and execution follow-up capability
