Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Account Management team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client relationships across all accounts.
Act as the primary strategic advisor to key clients, understanding their business goals and translating them into effective digital marketing strategies.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid media, and social media initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams (performance marketing, creative, content, and analytics) to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and deliver measurable results.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, analytics, and KPIs, providing strategic recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
Guide the account management team in presenting insights, campaign performance reports, and marketing strategies to clients in a clear and impactful manner.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
Build and maintain long-term client partnerships, identifying opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and campaign delivery.
Implement and refine account management processes and best practices to improve operational efficiency and service standards.
Mentor and develop the account management team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in account management within a digital marketing agency or similar environment, with leadership or team management experience preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns (organic and paid) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain marketing strategies and campaign results.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts concurrently.
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding client KPIs.
Basic knowledge of landing page optimisation and A/B testing.
Prior experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or Basecamp will be an advantage.
