Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth by identifying, securing, and developing new business opportunities across Singapore and Southern Malaysia. This role works closely with senior leadership and the regional commercial team to expand market presence and support overall network development.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute strategic business development and commercial plans aligned with organisational goals.

  • Collaborate across functions to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.

Client & Market Alignment

  • Serve as the key liaison between the organisation and customers.

  • Ensure product offerings, solutions, and market positioning meet client needs and business objectives.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Lead the design and implementation of go-to-market strategies that strengthen market reach and competitiveness.

Partnership & Growth Enablement

  • Build strong internal and external partnerships to support collaboration and business expansion.

  • Promote clear and effective communication across teams to drive growth initiatives.

Revenue & Data Management

  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business performance analysis.

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support revenue targets across the Asia region.

Financial Accountability

  • Take full P&L responsibility for assigned markets, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.


Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Logistics, or related fields.

  • 8+ years’ experience in business development or commercial roles, ideally within 3PL or e-commerce logistics.

  • Strong commercial strategy and leadership background.

  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and business data.

  • Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
