The Opportunity

Are you a strategic leader capable of turning a global vision into regional reality? As the Regional Head of Client Coverage , you will own the end-to-end performance of our most critical client-facing functions: Sales, Relationship Management, and Customer Success.

In 2026, our goal is clear: dominate the high-net-worth retail market through operational rigor and elite client service. You will be the architect of this growth in your region, managing a full P&L and leading a multi-disciplinary team to execute our "Sales Strategy 2026."

The Strategic Mandate

You aren't just managing a team; you are driving a transformation. Your role sits at the intersection of high-level strategy and ground-level execution.


    • P&L Ownership: Full accountability for Total Annualized USD Revenue and net client acquisition.

    • Narrow TAM Penetration: Directing resources toward our high-net-worth retail segments to maximize profitability.

    • Operational Excellence: Partnering with Commercial Operations to enforce standardized SOPs and a strict RACI matrix.

    • Client Lifecycle Leadership: Overseeing the entire journey from institutional onboarding to long-term retention and upsell.

Who You Are


    • A Proven Leader: 7+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (Sales, RM, and CS) within Fintech, Banking, or Wealth Management.

    • Revenue Driven: You have a track record of meeting or exceeding regional P&L targets in regulated financial environments.

    • Change Agent: You excel at driving operational adoption. You don’t just suggest new processes; you mandate and coach them into the team’s DNA.

    • Regulatory Expert: Deeply familiar with the complexities of institutional onboarding, including KYC/AML requirements.

Your Responsibilities


    • Strategy Syncs: Collaborating with the Manager of Commercial Operations to review regional performance dashboards and adjust tactics.

    • Leadership Coaching: Conducting 1-on-1s with your Sales, RM, and CS leads to remove roadblocks and drive quota attainment.

    • Risk Management: Reviewing the institutional onboarding pipeline and mitigating risks for high-profile client accounts.

    • Culture Building: Reinforcing a high-performance culture aligned with our 2026 growth KRIs.

Success Metrics


    • Revenue: Achieving the regional Total Annualized USD Revenue target.

    • Growth: Specific expansion in the >$1k Client segment .

    • Adoption: 100% regional compliance with new CCG Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    • Retention: Maintaining elite-level retention rates for high-value clients.
