The Head of Ecommerce is responsible for driving eCommerce revenue and marketing performance across our key markets. This critical role leads the region’s eCommerce operations, marketing strategy, and commercial planning. Success in this role requires data-driven, customer-centric decision-making to meet and exceed business objectives.


What you'll be doing:




  • Business Performance Ownership: Own the ecommerce revenue and marketing ROAS targets for the country. Track, optimize, and report on key performance metrics to ensure the market is meeting commercial goals.


  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the country efficiently, allocating resources toward the highest-performing channels and initiatives.


  • Ecommerce Merchandising: Lead the onsite experience, optimizing product assortment, conversion rate, and average order value. Ensure the site is continuously evolving to meet customer needs and drive revenue.


  • Commercial & Campaign Planning: Develop and manage the commercial calendar and country-specific campaigns in alignment with global brand objectives. Own CRM marketing execution for the market.


  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with insights, branding, performance marketing, and other regional/global teams to execute integrated plans that ensure market success.


  • Customer-First Mindset: Develop deep knowledge of the local customer and their behaviors. Use data and insights to craft strategies that resonate and drive loyalty and growth.


What you need to succeed:



  • 10-15 years of experience in the ecommerce space, with a proven track record in a fast-paced consumer-facing business

  • An experienced marketer who thinks 360°—combining performance, lifecycle, branding, and onsite experience to deliver results

  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset

  • A collaborative leader who thrives on cross-functional teamwork and alignment

  • Proactive and entrepreneurial, with the ability to take initiative and own the market P&L

  • Experience managing large marketing budgets
