📝 Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the overall strategy, growth, and performance of the FinTech vertical, including lending, payments, and remittance products.

• Define and execute product and commercial roadmaps in partnership with Product, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams.

• Ensure full regulatory and compliance alignment across operating markets, managing risk, governance, and stakeholder expectations.

• Build and scale strategic partnerships with financial institutions, payment processors, and ecosystem partners.

• Drive P&L performance, revenue growth, user adoption, and operational scalability across the FinTech portfolio.

• Oversee the development and expansion of the digital donation’s ecosystem integrated within the company’s platform.

• Identify growth opportunities within the donations vertical, including recurring giving, campaign optimization, and strategic charity partnerships.

• Establish governance frameworks to ensure transparency, compliance, and risk mitigation across donation flows.

• Establish clear growth KPIs tied to product adoption, FinTech transactions, regulatory milestones, and donation impact metrics.

• Act as executive owner for both verticals, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring delivery against defined KPIs.

• Present performance updates, strategic plans, and growth metrics to senior leadership.

• Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and scalable infrastructure across both business lines.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field).

• At least 8 years of experience in FinTech or digital financial services with direct exposure to payments, lending, or remittance products.

• Proven experience owning revenue targets or P&L responsibility.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk governance.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience in crowdfunding, digital donations, or impact-tech is advantageous.

• Familiarity with regional financial compliance and charity governance frameworks is highly preferred.

• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data for growth and optimization.
