We are partnering with a fast-growing education and professional training organization seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead regional growth, brand positioning, and learner acquisition initiatives.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven marketing leader with experience in education, training, EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth digital businesses, who enjoys building scalable marketing engines and driving measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, digital, content, performance, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing
Drive learner/customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth
Develop integrated campaigns across B2B and B2C channels
Build and optimize marketing funnels, CRM/lifecycle programs, and performance tracking
Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, product, and operations teams
Manage marketing budget, agency/vendors, and team performance
Identify growth opportunities through market insights, analytics, and experimentation
Requirements
8–15+ years of marketing experience, with leadership exposure
Background in EdTech, professional training, corporate learning, SaaS, digital platforms, or related industries preferred
Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns
Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and performance metrics
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and marketing teams
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability in fast-paced environments
Preferred Experience
Experience marketing learning, certification, upskilling, or professional education products/services
Exposure to regional/APAC campaigns
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
