Description

We are partnering with a fast-growing education and professional training organization seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead regional growth, brand positioning, and learner acquisition initiatives.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven marketing leader with experience in education, training, EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth digital businesses, who enjoys building scalable marketing engines and driving measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, digital, content, performance, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing

  • Drive learner/customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth

  • Develop integrated campaigns across B2B and B2C channels

  • Build and optimize marketing funnels, CRM/lifecycle programs, and performance tracking

  • Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, product, and operations teams

  • Manage marketing budget, agency/vendors, and team performance

  • Identify growth opportunities through market insights, analytics, and experimentation

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of marketing experience, with leadership exposure

  • Background in EdTech, professional training, corporate learning, SaaS, digital platforms, or related industries preferred

  • Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns

  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and performance metrics

  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and marketing teams

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability in fast-paced environments

Preferred Experience

  • Experience marketing learning, certification, upskilling, or professional education products/services

  • Exposure to regional/APAC campaigns

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
