As we continue to grow across the region, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Marketing to help take our brand to new heights. You will be responsible for driving effective marketing campaigns and optimising our digital channels to achieve sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Brand Marketing
Define and evolve the brand strategy, ensuring a strong and differentiated positioning in the market
Guide storytelling, messaging, and creative direction to build emotional connection with customers and strengthen brand equity
Ensure brand consistency across all channels while balancing long-term brand equity with short-term revenue goals
Campaign & Launch Management
Develop and lead the brand’s marketing strategies across all marketing channels.
Own the marketing calendar across key campaigns, product launches and sales events to maximise revenue and customer growth
Monitor trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine our positioning and messaging
Performance Marketing
Oversee performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and Shopee platforms
Own budget allocation and channel mix to maximise Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and overall marketing efficiency
Analyse ad performance to identify and target effective creatives and audiences
E-commerce Management
Partner with relevant teams to optimise website experience, merchandising strategy, and customer journey
Ensure website and campaign alignment to support sales objectives and maximise conversion opportunities
Track and improve key performance metrics (conversion rate, Average Order Value (AOV), bounce rate, sales)
Social Media Management
Define social media strategy and oversee content direction for all platforms (including Instagram, TikTok and 小红书) to support brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue contribution
Customer Relationship Management
Lead CRM and segmentation strategy in email newsletter marketing and other retention channels to drive repeat purchases and customer lifetime value
Photoshoot Planning
Plan and oversee execution of product and campaign photoshoots, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives
Partnerships, P R & Growth
Develop and lead strategic partnerships with KOLs, brands, media, and retail partners to drive awareness and revenue growth
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors
Experienced in digital marketing, particularly in managing social media, email marketing and advertising assets
Proven ability to lead content creation, social campaigns, and influencer partnerships
Excellent communication and project management skills
Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand voice
Must-have: Experience in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo (or equivalent)
