We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead, mentor, and empower a multidisciplinary team spanning brand, digital, performance, and customer engagement. As part of a leading aesthetic group with a diverse portfolio of beauty and wellness brands, you will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, orchestrating impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and deliver measurable business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team across paid advertising, creative & design, partnerships, CRM, digital performance, and customer engagement, while managing external agencies and freelancers.
- Shape and execute integrated marketing strategies and plans for each brand, balancing brand-building with performance marketing to drive consistent customer acquisition, retention, and measurable ROI.
- Build and strengthen brand identities across the portfolio, ensuring consistent messaging, visuals, and customer engagement that foster trust, loyalty, and differentiation.
- Oversee digital channels and campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, website, CRM) to generate high-quality leads, optimise the conversion funnel, and deliver bookings, visits, and sales.
- Champion data- and AI-driven marketing, leveraging insights, automation, and predictive analytics to set clear KPIs, personalise customer journeys, and continuously optimise performance.
- Foster collaboration across portfolio brands, cross-functional teams, and external partners, aligning marketing with business priorities and leveraging synergies to maximise reach and efficiency.
- Own the marketing budget and resources, ensuring efficient spend and effective allocation between short-term performance and long-term brand growth.
- Stay ahead of industry and consumer trends, bringing innovation and fresh thinking to keep the brands competitive and relevant.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing teams and external partners.
- Proven track record in multi-brand, consumer-facing industries (healthcare, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or retail experience is a plus).
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience building and inspiring high-performing marketing teams and managing agencies.
- Expertise in digital and performance marketing, CRM, and brand storytelling, with hands-on use of AI tools to drive customer insights, personalisation, and optimisation.
- Strategic yet execution-focused, with a collaborative mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver measurable business growth.
