Location: Singapore (covering Southeast Asia)
Reports to: Chief Experience & Marketing Officer (CXMO)
Markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and execution-driven leader to head our Revenue Performance team — the operational backbone that ensures every client campaign is delivered seamlessly across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
While the Sales team closes the deals, you ensure we deliver — managing end-to-end campaign fulfilment and performance. From paid media and lead generation to influencer activations, events, and sampling, your mission is to ensure every campaign meets its contractual commitments, drives measurable results, and delights our clients.
You will lead three functional teams:

Campaign Management – driving day-to-day delivery and client fulfilment -
Performance Marketing – handling paid media planning, execution, and optimisation -
Events & Partnerships – running sponsored activations and strategic collaborations
You will also work closely with the CRM and Community / KOL teams that support campaign success and brand engagement. As the business scales, you’ll have the flexibility to build a Content Marketing function to strengthen storytelling and creative execution.
What You’ll Do
1. Regional Campaign Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of all paid campaigns across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on target, meeting all contractual KPIs.
- Manage and mentor Campaign Managers in each market to ensure operational consistency, resource efficiency, and quality control.
- Develop and standardize regional best practices for campaign delivery and reporting.
2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Lead the Performance Marketing team to plan, buy, and optimise paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic and other platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with the Data, Market Research & CRM teams to leverage data insights and audience segmentation for campaign optimisation.
3. Events & Partnerships
- Oversee a regional team executing brand-sponsored events, community activations, and partnership-led campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Community and CRM teams to drive parent engagement and participation.
- Build and nurture relationships with key event partners, vendors, and collaborators to expand campaign opportunities.
4. Content Marketing
- Evaluate current creative capabilities and establish a Content Marketing function to support paid campaign storytelling, copywriting, and influencer briefing.
- Ensure content quality, tone, and visual identity align with brand and client expectations.
5. Operational & Financial Performance
- Own the fulfilment P&L for campaign delivery; ensure profitability while maintaining campaign excellence.
- Build operational systems for visibility, forecasting, and reporting across markets.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and efficiency across teams.
6. Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and inspire cross-market teams across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Partner closely with the Sales team (upstream) and CRM & Community teams (downstream) for seamless pre-to-post-sales execution.
- Champion operational excellence and cultivate a culture of high performance and innovation.
Requirements
What You Bring

10+ years of experience in campaign operations, integrated marketing, or performance marketing, ideally within an agency, martech, or digital media environment. - Proven experience leading multi-country delivery teams across Southeast Asia.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, influencer campaigns, and event activations.
- Strong commercial acumen — able to manage budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
