Job Summary:
We're looking for a seasoned Head of Sales and Operations to lead our lady fashion retail business, covering both store and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in e-commerce retail, with a strong background in sales, operations, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Operational Management:
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Manage e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service
- Digital Presence:
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
- Manage and optimize product listings and sales across e-commerce and/or social media platforms such as, Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram etc, where it is effective to do so.
- Monitor and analyze online sales data and matrics.
- Team Management:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales and operations staff
- Provide coaching, encouragement, training, and development opportunities to team members
- Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
- Analyze overall sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce retail, with a strong background in sales and operations
- Proven track record of sales growth and operational excellence
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and social media platforms
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and retail operations
- Please note that this is a position that requires 100% full-time commitment. Successful candidate is required to work on site, and is not allowed to work with another company on a part-time and consultancy basis.
