You will spearhead the transformation of their service portfolio by building a comprehensive contract logistics and fulfilment division from the ground up, moving beyond traditional transport into integrated warehousing and value-added services.

Strategic Expansion: Develop and execute a growth strategy for contract logistics, focusing on high-value B2B and e-commerce segments where integrated solutions create a competitive advantage.
Product Development: Act as the lead architect for the contract logistics portfolio, designing and scaling modular warehousing and fulfilment offerings that meet diverse market demands.
Commercial P&L Ownership: Drive the financial success of the business unit by managing the P&L, defining pricing models, and ensuring healthy margins across all deals.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure that new logistics solutions are both operationally scalable and financially viable.
Client Acquisition: Partner with sales teams to secure enterprise-level accounts through sophisticated solution-selling and the creation of compelling, high-impact proposals.
skills and experience required
- Min. 8 years within the logistics industry, specifically focused on end-to-end contract logistics and fulfilment.
- A proven track record of piloting, testing, and successfully scaling commercial logistics products in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of South East Asian markets, including local regulatory environments and infrastructure challenges.
- Strong ability to interpret P&L statements, manage ROI, and conduct complex financial modelling for large-scale deals.
