A highly awarded digital marketing agency in Singapore, recognized internationally for its innovation in performance marketing, is seeking a Head of Social Media Marketing. Known for delivering campaigns that excel in creativity, ROI, and advanced use of automation and AI — including global accolades for excellence in local SEO and predictive analytics — the agency works with a diverse client base spanning government bodies, luxury brands, and disruptive startups.

 In this role, you’ll drive high-impact, high-visibility social campaigns that capture attention and deliver measurable results. Ideal for someone deeply in tune with current social platforms and audience trends, this is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with some of the region's most prominent brands.

  • Internationally awarded digital marketing agency

  • Basic from $5,500 to $7,500 + Performance Bonus

  • Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm

  • Location: Chinatown

Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the social media department, setting strategic direction for both organic and paid efforts.

  • Develop content strategies tailored to business objectives and platform dynamics (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).

  • Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, content creators, and media buyers — including hiring and skill development.

  • Plan and implement campaigns that build brand equity, spark conversation, and deliver against engagement and conversion KPIs.

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, including luxury brands, tech startups, and public sector entities, ensuring clear goals and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with analytics, SEO, and design teams to amplify cross-channel synergies.

  • Use advanced tools to report campaign performance and continuously refine strategy for optimal outcomes.

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of hands-on social media experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.

  • Demonstrated success running impactful campaigns for various sectors, including B2B, B2C, and government.

  • Strong understanding of content planning, paid social platforms, key performance metrics, and storytelling techniques.

  • Experience leading teams and managing multiple clients with shifting timelines and priorities.

  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders and capable of presenting performance insights clearly.

  • Proficient with emerging social media trends and technologies (AI-enhanced targeting, etc.)
