· Responsibilities:
· Growth Strategy Development & Execution
· Develop a comprehensive user growth roadmap; be accountable for key metrics such as DAU/MAU, retention rate, and customer acquisition cost (CAC); establish a scientific growth model and experimentation framework.
· Drive rapid experimentation through A/B tests, multivariate tests, feature releases, user segmentation operations to optimize user lifecycle management (acquisition → activation → retention → monetization → referral).
· Identify and scale new distribution channels—including viral loops, community-driven growth, partner integrations, and platform hacks (e.g., App Store optimization, GPT plugin listings).
· Integrate resources from online channels (app stores, social media, KOL collaborations, viral campaigns) and offline channels to formulate customized strategies, and maximize ROI while lowering CAC.
· Build a user progression system (points/badges/levels) and design high-frequency engagement activities (e.g., challenges, livestreams) to boost user stickiness.
· Data-Driven Approach & Market Insights
· Build robust data pipelines and dashboards to monitor all key growth metrics including LTV, CAC, ARPU, activation cohorts, funnel drop-offs.
· Conduct in-depth research on competitors, industry trends, and evolving user needs to swiftly adapt strategies and capture market opportunities.
· Own a continuous cycle of hypothesis, testing, and iteration; set up internal growth sprints with aggressive learning cycles.
· Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Build and lead a user growth team—including user operations, data analysts, and other key functions—while establishing clear KPI frameworks and ensuring successful execution against growth targets
· Collaborate across departments (product, tech, marketing) to deeply integrate growth strategies into product features (e.g., membership systems, viral growth tools).
· Proficiency of business mandarin is preferred due to the need to manage external chinese stakeholders.
o Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution.
· 8–12 years of experience in user growth, product marketing, or data-driven digital operations for a tech company, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Track record of scaling B2C or other tech product, ideally in AI and/or productivity tools.
· Strong command of growth hacking playbooks including viral loops, referral programs, SEO, paid user acquisition, and onboarding optimization.
· Solid experience in using public domain short video platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Youtube) to drive traffic and deliver tangible results.
· Industry Knowledge: Familiar with the WeChat ecosystem; proficient in content platform algorithms (e.g., Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube); well-versed in growth hacking models and viral growth strategies.
· Data Skills: Proficient in SQL/Python and other analytics tools; capable of building user behavior models and performing ROI analysis.
· User Insight: Strong ability to uncover user needs through interviews, surveys, and persona development.
· Strategic Execution: Highly goal-oriented with the ability to break down complex business goals into actionable plans; decisive under pressure.
· Innovative Thinking: Passionate about emerging technologies such as AI tools (e.g., AIGC) and multimodal content; capable of leading the team to explore new growth paradigms.
