About the role

This role encompasses two positions: Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager and Commerce Manager, both Singapore-based. The Brand Manager oversees assigned brands, creating and implementing brand development strategies while coordinating across teams. The Commerce Manager develops and implements merchandising strategies for online and offline retail channels, analyzing sales performance and optimizing product assortment.

Working days & hours
Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the assigned brand(s)

• Create and implement brand development strategies, and evaluate the effectiveness of those strategies

• Coordinate with other brand teams to achieve the established business strategy

• Collaborate with related teams in efforts to develop the brand (including marketing, digital marketing, technology, etc.)

• Collaborate and build business relationships with brand principals to ensure effective brand operations and development

• Foster and develop a positive work culture

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies for online & offline/retail channels in line with business objectives

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize product assortment and pricing strategies

• Manage product allocation, replenishment, and inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize overstock or stock shortages

• Coordinate with buying, marketing, and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal launches effectively

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing/business administration or related field

• At least 6-8 years of work experience as a brand management (experience in handling beauty brand will be preferable)

• Strong business acumen and result oriented

• Highly passionate and deep knowledge in beauty

• Fast, Agile, Creativity & Initiative Driving is a must

• Ms. Office and English proficiency

• Excellent analytical skill and critical thinking

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, online merchandising, or digital retail

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations
