Role Overview
Toko Warisan Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Human Resource Operations Executive to support our HR operations during a 6-month maternity cover period.
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR administration, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with Singapore labour regulations.
The successful candidate will work closely with management and operational teams to ensure smooth HR operations across our retail outlets and headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare and submit CPF contributions through the HR system
Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation
Manage leave administration and employee records
Respond to staff enquiries relating to payroll, leave, and HR policies
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and statutory requirements
HR Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records
Prepare HR reports and assist management with HR data tracking where required
Draft HR-related correspondence and documentation
Manage administrative purchases such as pantry supplies and office stationery
Work Pass & Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Liaise with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) where necessary
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare employment-related documentation including confirmation and HR letters
Support exit processes and documentation management
Internship & Programme Administration
Administer the ITE Internship Programme
Coordinate internship placements and related administrative matters
Maintain records and documentation related to internship arrangements
Recruitment & Staffing Support
Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms
Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers
Provide recruitment administrative support where required
Employee Relations & HR Support
Attend to employee enquiries relating to HR processes
Provide HR administrative support to branch managers
Assist in managing employee feedback and documentation when required
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
At least 2 years of HR operational experience in Singapore
Hands-on experience in payroll administration, CPF submission, and MOM compliance
Familiarity with Work Pass administration
Experience using HRIS systems; familiarity with PeopleCentral HR software will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Able to work independently and manage HR administrative processes
