We are hiring an HR Specialist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to join the growing team of an established Tech MNC.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent identification and sourcing through to offer negotiation

• Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs

• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence to identify suitable talent pools

• Support campus hiring initiatives and university engagement

Preferred Candidates

• Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within Tech, E-commerce, Fintech or other fast-paced industries

• Strong candidate sourcing, engagement and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in campus recruitment, employer branding or recruitment marketing will be an advantage
