Job Scope:

1. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

2. Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and prepare reports with recommendations to improve engagement and conversions.

3. Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and responding to audience enquiries.

4. Create and coordinate marketing content such as posts, captions, visuals, short videos, EDMs, and website updates in line with brand guidelines.

5. Conduct market research on trends, target audiences, and competitors to strengthen marketing strategies and customer journey.

6. Plan and execute email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, influencer/KOL collaborations, and lead-generation activities.

7. Manage marketing budgets, work closely with internal teams and external vendors, and support events, promotions, and new product or service launches.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Business Administration.

2. Min 3 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in beauty, aesthetic, or lifestyle industry is an advantage).

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and paid advertising tools.
