The Role
Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for education and B2B clients. You'll develop data-driven strategies, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and communicate directly with clients to deliver measurable ROI. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution—analyzing data, crafting content, and proving campaign impact through numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Communicate professionally with clients to understand marketing goals and business needs
Manage project scope, timelines, and expectations with minimal supervision
Coordinate with team members to ensure successful campaign delivery
Present performance reports and strategic recommendations
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop content strategies for different buyer journey stages
Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email marketing
Audit ad copy, EDMs, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
Optimize media plans to maximize ROAS and hit client targets
Analytics & Optimization
Use HubSpot and Looker Studio to track campaign performance
Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities
Extract actionable insights that drive growth and meet client goals
Achieve Gross Profit targets through campaign success and client renewals
Requirements
Must Have
1-3 years digital marketing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project management capability with attention to detail
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Self-motivated learner who embraces continuous improvement
Nice to Have
HubSpot certification or experience
Google Ads and Facebook Ads management experience
Client servicing or agency background
Content creation skills
Experience managing your own blog or online property
