Industry Principal Sales Director (WMS)

The Industry Principal Sales Director (WMS) is responsible for leading the Warehouse Management System (WMS) business across APJ, driving growth, building pipeline, and accelerating customer logo acquisition. This role will proactively guide and influence sales motions to position the value proposition of Infor’s WMS and broader supply chain solutions, with a mandate to double the WMS business in the region through focused strategy and execution.

The sales director must have a passion for coaching sellers/resellers and elevating WMS conversations across manufacturing, distribution, logistics, retail, and e‑commerce industries. This includes enabling teams to articulate compelling warehouse digitalization stories through the lens of customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and measurable ROI.

Responsibilities include partnering with solutions marketing, business development, industry teams, and alliance partners to execute regional go‑to‑market plans. Developing strong collaborative relationships with industry sales leaders and APJ leadership is essential.
