Key Responsibilities
Plan monthly social media direction, content pillars, campaign content, and posting.
Own the group content calendar across social media channels, ensuring content is aligned with business priorities, campaigns, product pushes, and seasonal opportunities.
Develop content angles for lifestyle, home, kitchen, retail, and e-commerce products that are engaging, relevant, and commercially useful.
Decide which creators, KOLs, influencers, or content partners are suitable for each brand, product, and campaign.
Prepare creator briefs, talking points, product angles, campaign messages, and deliverable expectations.
Work closely with brand principals and suppliers to coordinate content opportunities, paid features, supplier-funded campaigns, and partnership activations.
Package and coordinate paid content opportunities to generate additional revenue from supplier and brand collaborations.
Support the Performance Growth Lead with social content, creator content, and campaign assets needed for paid ads, product launches, and sales campaigns.
Track content performance, including reach, impressions, engagement rate, clicks, saves, shares, creator performance, and sales impact where available.
Maintain and review creator database, including creator rates, collaboration history, content quality, performance, and suitability for future campaigns.
Brief and review work from the Social & KOL Admin VA, Designer / Video Editor, and other outsourced support.
Provide clear feedback to creators, designers, and video editors to ensure content quality, brand alignment, and campaign relevance.
Identify new brand collaboration opportunities that can improve awareness, content output, customer engagement, and commercial value.
Requirements
Experience managing social media content calendars, creators, KOLs, influencers, or brand partnerships.
Experiences in using Google Sheets, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or content planning tools.
Strong understanding of social media content, especially for lifestyle, home, kitchen, retail, e-commerce, or consumer product categories.
