Your Role:


- Be part of the Business Development, Marketing & Operations team powering our dynamic brands and programme offerings.


- Developing and implementing social media strategies that captivate our audience across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.)


- Conceptualise and create eye-catching content, which includes editing
short-form videos for social media (Reels & TikTok)


- Monitor our social media accounts including comments and performance, and provide timely insights and recommendations for improvement


- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns for lead generation and programme enrolment


- Develop new initiatives and collaborate with the team to implement creative learning experiences for young children


- Participate in/or support activities and programs at the centre to enhance student learning and development


What We’re Looking For:


- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to capture attention of students and parents


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team


- Passion for social media and content creation and ave a good understanding of how various social media platforms work (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc)


- Proficiency with graphic design and editing tools like Canva and Capcut is critical (Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus)


- Strong written and verbal communication skills


- Required to be based at the retail centre 1-2 times a week during school term and more frequently during school holidays and go on outdoor programmes to capture the energy and action of our offerings


- This intern is required from April/ May 2026 onwards. Commitment period and internship start date can be further discussed upon shortlist.
