Job Description



As an intern supporting the Digital Marketing & Web Operations function, you will assist in the day-to-day management of the organisation’s website and support ongoing digital initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to website content management and foundational UX (user experience) principles. You will help ensure that the website remains clear, usable, and user-friendly by performing content updates, quality checks, and basic UX improvements.


Learning Outcomes

• Develop skills in basic usability checks and content optimisation


• Learn to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on digital projects


Intern Responsibilities


• Update website content using the CMS, including pages, banners, copy, links, and images


• Conduct basic UX and usability checks, such as assessing content clarity, navigation flow, and readability


• Perform QA checks to ensure pages display correctly across different devices


• Support website updates for campaigns, exhibitions, events, and announcements


• Identify and flag UX issues such as broken links, confusing navigation, or inconsistent layouts


• Assist in organising content to improve user flow and structure


• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and clarify requirements


• Track website requests and updates, ensuring timely follow-up


• Support simple documentation and reporting related to website and UX improvements


Requirements


• Available to commit full-time (Monday to Friday) for a minimum of 4 months (up to 6 months), starting from May/Jun


• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Digital Marketing, User Experience (UX), Communications, or a related field


• Strong interest in digital marketing, web operations, or user experience


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
