Intern - E-learning Platforms and Content Development

Overview:

As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and enhancement of ISCA’s e-learning platforms ISCAccountify and Boardflix. This role offers hands-on experience in video editing, course development and administration, and platform management, enabling you to contribute to the growth and success of our e-learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing and Production
○ Edit and produce high-quality videos for e-learning courses.
○ Ensure videos meet the platform’s standards for clarity, engagement, and accessibility, including quality checks on subtitles
○ Provide support for onsite video production.
○ Enhance the video editing and production workflow through innovative approaches, such as exploring the use of AI tools.

2. Course Content and Platform Development
○ Assist in managing and updating content on the ISCAccountify and Boardflix e-learning platforms.
○ Support in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the new platform feature enhancements 
○ Enhance the platform experience by supporting and suggesting improvements to the new platform features and user interface (UI).

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent in any discipline. Experience in a relevant field such as instructional design, educational technology, or a related discipline will be an advantage.

• Keen attention to detail and meticulousness.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Savviness in IT and experience with video editing software and learning management systems (LMS) such as Articulate, Canvas, or similar platforms preferred.

• Capable of working independently while being a strong team player, with the ability to learn on-the-job and adapt quickly to assigned tasks.
