What you will be working on:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Gamification Intern to enhance our staff engagement initiatives through gamification and digital tools. Using the Mambo platform and/or AI-enabled solutions, you will help design, integrate, and roll out gamified campaigns that encourage participation and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
This role offers hands-on exposure to automation, data analytics, and user experience, with opportunities to build solutions that create lasting impact across the organisation.
In this role, you will:
- Support the HR and IT teams in integrating internal platforms with the Mambo platform to track user activity and campaign performance.
- Roll out staff gamification campaigns to drive engagement, learning, and performance.
- Prepare, monitor, and analyse campaign data and participation metrics to evaluate effectiveness and outcomes.
- Administer campaigns end-to-end, including setup, communications, monitoring, and post-campaign review.
- Automate two campaigns to run as ongoing, long-term engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and adoption.
What we are looking for:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in gamification, digital engagement, automation, and user experience.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks or projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with gamification platforms (e.g. Mambo) and/or AI tools is a plus.
