Job Description



IP (Brand) focus scope for the internship: Universal Products and Experiences


Internship Period: October to December 2025


To work with partners internally and externally to develop and implement brand campaigns with localized marketing strategies.



  • Retail activations through online and offline channels; (mall hyper, specialty, department store)

  • Media management - mainstream media and/or KOLs

  • To assist team and marketing PIC with:



  1. Coordinate and liaise with all parties – retailers and licensees, vendors, mall partners, etc

  2. Coordinate all marketing materials, such as retail POP designs, ad templates, retail promotions submission for approvals and execution on-ground

  3. Coordinate with team on movie premiere (invites)

  4. Consolidation retail event and licensing program reports



  • Assisting in marketing and public relationships efforts

  • Management of licensees across marketing plans and ensuring full compliance with Licensors’ guidelines on all marketing materials


Requirements



  • Good interpersonal skills to be able to work with different profiles of people

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Good command of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
