International Courier Network Manager

Job Description

•Build and manage the company’s courier network across India.

•Maintain relationships with courier partners, regional agents, and last-mile companies.

•Negotiate rates, service agreements, and commercial terms for cross-border shipments.

•Coordinate with Indian hubs for pickup, sorting, export, and flight bag preparations.

•Ensure timely transfer of shipments from India to Singapore and vice-versa.

•Improve efficiency of courier routes, transit times, and delivery success rates.

•Oversee all partner communications for parcel issues, returns, or escalations.

•Develop new courier partnerships to support expansion into additional Indian states.

•Work closely with Singapore operations for seamless cross-border movement.

•Import of India products to Singapore

•Export of Singapore products to India

Requirement

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in logistics, courier management, freight forwarding, or cross-border e-commerce operations.


• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.


• Relevant logistics certifications (e.g., FIATA, IATA DGR, supply chain certificates) are an added advantage.


• Strong understanding of India–Singapore logistics flows, including customs processes, flight bag preparation, and last-mile delivery networks.


• Strong negotiation skills for rate discussions, service agreements, and commercial terms with courier partners.


• Proficient in using logistics platforms, tracking dashboards, WMS/TMS, or courier management systems.


• Strong relationship-building skills with Indian courier companies, last-mile agents, and regional hubs.


• Ability to grow and expand the courier partner network across multiple states in India.


• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
