Inventory cum Warehouse Controller

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory cum Warehouse Controller to manage our telecommunication stock. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control, from managing incoming and outgoing stock to ensuring accurate stock levels across our field engineering teams. Your expertise in Excel and SQL will be crucial for maintaining data integrity and providing insightful analysis to optimize our inventory processes.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of telecommunication stock.

Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and SQL databases.

Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels of individual field engineers to prevent overstocking and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Stock Replenishment: Analyze stock levels and order stock for replenishment as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Data Analysis: Perform big data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for inventory optimization.

Customer Inventory Management: Manage and update customer inventory systems to reflect current stock levels.

Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular stock reconciliation between our inventory records and customer systems to ensure accuracy and facilitate knock-off processes.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to inventory management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse and inventory control management.

Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Strong proficiency in SQL for data management and analysis.

Experience with big data analysis techniques and tools.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
